Our Story

Perks for Paws Collective was born from a simple but powerful idea: combine a love for animals with a passion for handmade, meaningful products — and use that to spark real change.

What started with coffee, tea, and candles has now grown into a full-fledged mission to support animal rescues through custom apparel, pet accessories, gifts, and community events. Founded by Nicole — a long-time foster mom to dozens of dogs, cats, and small animals — and with the support of her husband Scott, this is a true family-powered labor of love.

Every item we create, from embroidered hats and bandanas to heartfelt podcast episodes and handcrafted candles, is designed to spread kindness and raise awareness for the amazing humans working to save animals in need.

We collaborate with Illinois-based rescues, shelters, fosters, groomers, and vets, and a portion of every purchase goes back to the cause. We also shine a light on these everyday heroes through our Paws Podcast, produced by our friends at 216 Creative Studios in Crystal Lake.
